The focus of this discussion will allow the participant to screen operation units within a plant to identify areas of high risk; Estimate a risk value associated with the operation of each piece of equipment; prioritise resources based on the measured risk for greater effectiveness; Design an appropriate inspection program; systematically manage the risk of equipment failures; incorporate RBI to improve inspection and minimise downtime and shutdowns; optimise maintenance expenses by ensuring a consistent implementation of maintanence strategies; increase on-stream time due to less turn-around time and consequent reduction of unexpected failures.

This workshop will be attended by engineers, inspectors and managers from Mining & Minerals, Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals/Chemicals, Energy/Power Plants, Steel and Manufacturing who makes decisions that leads to increased productivity and their plant's long term viability.
